This patient underwent an NvLift℠, Our premiere lift for face and neck, supplemented with fat transfer to restore a youthful, rounded cheek. As a patient in her mid-50’s, she was not only experiencing sagging of the lower face and neck, but her cheeks had also lost some of that beautiful “cheekbone” curve that we have in our youth. The NvLift was performed first, to tighten sagging muscles and remove loose skin. Then fat was harvested from the patient’s tummy or love handles and processed in such a way as to allow it to be transferred to the cheek and undereye area, where it will live on healthily for many, many years to come. This entire procedure was performed under Comfort Calm™ Local Anesthesia, while the patient was completely comfortable, and able to doze off, but not “put under” with general anesthesia.
