This patient is undergoing a series of laser treatments for neck and chest rejuvenation with Fraxel Restore Dual Laser augmented by Sculptra, which is used here to help induce collagen production, which will boost the skin’s elasticity and health, but also help smooth out some of the fine lines and wrinkles. We also used our Q-Switched Ruby laser in this first session with her to ensure we really got rid of her darkest pigmented brown spots. The Fraxel laser is great because it treats a variety of concerns in a single treamtent – like skin texture, elasticity, fine lines, and sun spots – but it isn’t the absolute best laser at sunspots, so because we have so many lasers at our practice, we were able to treat those dark spots a little extra with our Q-Switched Ruby, and the results were really fantastic!
