In this case, Dr. Wix-Harris used filler to not only contour and lift her cheeks, but also to create a longer face by elongating from the chin, to create a more defined jawline, and to create better silhouette proportions with chin injection filler. Her jawline appears much more defined, but has been untouched between these 2 photos. This is what a truly gifted injector is able to achieve: parts of the face that were never treated look better, and the face as a whole is more attractive — and if the result is executed perfectly, as it is here, it is so natural that the untrained eye would never pick up on exactly what was done between the two photos.
