This patient first had a Silhouette InstaLift for her lower face and jawline, which is a type of thread lift that uses dissolving suture threads to lift and firm skin without surgery. Like so many of our patients these days, she chose to have her complete treatment journey in stages. A few months later, we followed up with dermal filler injections of Defyne and Voluma. These are firmer fillers that offer support and lift as well.
Together, fillers and threads can create a very natural and long-lasting lift without the need for surgery, and creates a bigger transformation than you would normally see with a nonsurgical skin tightening procedure like Ulthera or Thermage.
